To cut a long story short…….. due to our business processes and the fact that we take our customer’s safety very seriously, when you place your order with us, your order will take slightly longer to reach you than most other sellers of electric scooters who are only in it for the money.

In short:

You WILL receive your purchase from us, it will just take slightly longer to reach you.

Why is this? Please explain yourselves….

The reason for our extended delivery times is quite simply that our products are made to order for our customers.

So, in other words, it’s only after you have placed your order with us that the item you have ordered from us will be assembled & fully safety checked as per your order (including any special requirements that we may have to cater for).
